HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping cost may vary by item(s).

PROCESSING TIME:

As soon as we receive your order, we process your item within 2-3 business days. This includes production time since most of the products are made to order.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY:

As soon as the order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email used during the purchase. It may take approximately 4-5 business days for delivery.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times OR if your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the date of original purchase, please contact our support team. RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

For non-defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
